After using this product for a week that it has worked extremely well. The battery lasts at least four hours using this to surf the web or watch movies. I normally carry my computer in a pack with the original battery and the 12 cell, and I don't think it is too heavy. The battery sticks out under the bottom lifting the computer up. The tilt of the keyboard gives me more air space under the computer, and I like it for typing. I charge it up and run it out. The computer's battery charge indicator works just fine, and I have had no problems with it shutting off early.

Had the 6 cell battery that went bad on me. Even when it was working, I could not get more than an hour of battery life. This 12 cell battery is awesome. Never really need to plug in while I am using it and recharges really fast. Would definitely recommend this purchase if you are in the market for a new battery or just want to upgrade!

Got the battery on Friday and charged it all day. got up today and have been using the laptop non stop since 6:45am- that 3.5 hours of use and down to 17% at this point ! Good deal- my Hp battery never lasted this long !

This is not a complicated item. It either works or it don't. I supposed you could add length of charge as a guide. Well, the battery worked and the length of charge was around 2 hours. So it does everything I expected it to. And in this day and age, that's awesome.
